Kyla Core
Rehabilitation Specialist
Kyla has a background in Sociology, and has many years of experience in the brain injury sector. She has honed her skills both interpersonally, and in a front-line capacity, laying the foundation for her adaptable and organized case management style. In her time away from work, Kyla enjoys travel and spending time with her two boys.

Where It All Started
Following 10+ years in the field as a case manager and front-line worker, Erin decided to redirect her skills, compassion, and credentials to a model of care that best represents the needs of her clients. Erin’s role as outreach worker for Traverse Independence provided the foundation for her skillset in working with complex and high needs individuals. This included people with brain injury, mental health impairment, and addiction. This directly translated into her work on motor vehicle accident files. Launching her own practice in Independent Case Management was the next step. “The Bridge” emerged and functions on the belief that relationships, and the commitment to the wellness of others, are central in rehabilitation.
